Dr John LoMonaco attended Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and trained at major hospitals in the Texas Medical Center, including Memorial-Hermann Hospital and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Institute. He has conducted laboratory research at the Medical School studying tissue healing and helping develop skin substitutes for burn victims. He served as full-time academic faculty at the Medical School, and also as Director of Plastic Surgery at the LBJ Hospital for two years before entering private practice.
Jill Bollich is our Patient Care Coordinator who comes to us from Le Femme Boutique and Day Spa Boutique with over 4 years of experience in the spa and medical industry. Her job is to make the entire experience at the office, from your first visit to the day of surgery as smooth as possible. Her responsibilities include surgery scheduling, coordinating insurance approvals, arranging financing, and serving as a resource for patients who desire information about the various procedures offered by the office.
Miranda J. Knerr is our Office Manager. She comes from the mortgage industry after helping her mother go through a lower body lift with Dr. LoMonaco. She is typically the first person you will meet at one of our seminars and the first person you will speak to on the phone. Sometimes you will even find her assisting in the back rooms with Dr. LoMonaco and the medical staff. She can answer most of your questions and help you with your concerns..
Cynthia Ordaz-Rios is a patient care technician, and also our insurance specialist. She has 4 years experience in the medical field. You may meet her caring for you after your procedure, especially on weekends. The rest of the time she is working with the insurance companies to check members benefits and obtain coverage for medically necessary procedures.
