Abdominoplasty, or “tummy tuck” is a remarkable procedure that has seen significant advances over the past 10 years. Today, a skilled practitioner can achieve results that are even more dramatic than in the past, while also maintaining the safety of the procedure.

Dr. LoMonaco will often perform a pubic lift (Monsplasty) through the abdominoplasty incision to sculpt the pubic area and further enhance your results.

A custom surgical plan is formulated based on each  patients’ needs. Dr LoMonaco may also use computer imaging and photographs to help you understand what your results may be.  Patient education before surgery, along with nutritional counseling are other important steps addressed by Dr. LoMonaco and his staff  prior to your surgery.

Our facilities insure your comfort and safety

Full abdominoplasty often requires an overnight stay in one of our private facilities to ensure your comfort and safety.  Recovery is usually in 2-3 weeks, and all of our patients are carefully counseled about return to their exercise program and activity levels.  Dr. LoMonaco and his staff will be with you every step of the way, and check on you daily by telephone until your first office visit, which is usually about 5 to 7 days after your procedure.
